  Glentui has its own 25m swimming pool, available to all groups in summer.

• Archery

  

  Another fun activity available on site at Glentui Meadows. All programmes have set safety protocols.

• Abseiling

  

  Recommended for age groups from 10 and up. Children will, under supervision, have the opportunity of abseiling the cliff face. A very stimulating activity.

• 4wd tours

  4wd tours can be arranged through nearby Lees Valley

• Bushwalks

• Jetboating

  Jetboating trips are available at spectacular Waimakariri Gorge.

• Orienteering

  Glentui Meadows has designed an interesting activity which gives the children the opportunity to explore the terrain of the Glentui site.

  The course takes the children around the camp area; the steps, the cliff face, and the river, finding the positions marked with a flag. We recommend teams of 4 - 6.

  Each team is supplied with a map. The object is to find the positions of the markers on the map, and return to the person in charge, in the shortest time. Ask camp staff about this activity.
